Taster Class
Taster class for complete beginners & visitors to Ireland

Did you know that Irish is the first official language of Ireland? Would you like to learn cúpla focal (a few words) and enhance your stay? Get an authentic taste of Irish culture by dipping your toe in Gaeilge and get an appreciation of what the place names mean.

In this experience you will learn how to introduce yourself, talk about where you are from, comment on the weather, ask for a cup of tea or a pint and more! In an hour and a half you will be ready to try out your cúpla focal.
This experience suits individuals or small groups, including families. There will be a maximum of 5 people in each group, optimising your learning experience. We meet in a variety of places close to Dublin city (Clontarf, Malahide, Sandymount and the city centre).
I've been teaching Irish to adults in Dublin for over 30 years. My mission is to promote the use of Irish in a positive, relaxed and fun atmosphere. I’d love to share my love for Irish with you!
